Wow that was actually a pretty damn hard test. I ended up 123 proof, 120 (beat 96%) beer, 50 (78%) wine, 78 (86%) liquor.

I was surprised I did even that well. I think we should do a little hands-on research to bone up on our alkie knowledge. For practical purposes, of course.

Well I was surprised too, but you have to remember that chances are the average score on that test is something like 30%. I feel like I got half of them wrong, but that's probably still better than the average fratboy who took the quiz and doesn't even know that beer was Not invented by American college students and that a rosé wine is Not just a "weak red".

And yes. I have the American Bartender's Manual, and we should definitely spend some quality time taking lessons from it this summer. Mwuahah!
