Work is burning me out. I can never catch up; I can never get done what needs to be done. I have no idea who's side I'm supposed to be taking. I want us all to win, but I just feel that everyone hates everyone else. In the end I hate myself for letting everyone down.

It's just sad. Management and labor are just distrustful of each other. In the end, it is the patients who lose.

Maybe they'll lose all the patients and the problem will resolve itself. :)
