The Tao of Pooh a work on taoism that uses Winnie the Pooh as an example. Better than it sounds.

Have you ever read Dogen's Shobogenzo? From what I read, I've come to the conclusion that it's pretty much THE Buddhist work, according to, you know, a couple guys. You know, the Sutras and all that stuff. That's the thing, though- you know more about this than I do. Is it worth seeking out and drudging through, you think?

Dropping Ashes on the Buddha by Segung Sahn has had many people speaking praise, although the little I read wasn't exactly enthralling.
