last night I was just wrapping up my radish-pickling and I thought to myself, What a waste of perfectly good radish greens! so I tossed them into the saucepan and sauteed the buggers with some toasted sesame oil and almonds. oh thanks for the domesticity love, kids. I'm absolutely sharing the recipe for pickled radishes because they, much like the greens, are soooo frickin' good. papercuts, however, are vom-tastic and hurt. this is why you should always pick paper when playing Rock-Paper-Radish. you will bring your opponent to his knees.
