So basically these are my thoughts prompted by various reactions that I’ve been seeing lately because of season seven. Obviously there will be spoilers, and opinions, and other things that people don’t always appreciate. And I’m goning to be upfront about the fact that I ship Dean and Castiel, but this isn’t going to be based on my personal

Just... this. Amen. This is basically what I thought about the whole situation, just worded better than I ever could. Sure, now that the season is finished and Cas is back, there are new things to be considered, but the truth of everything you wrote remains. In fact, everything that happens between Dean and Castiel during the rest of the season only further proves your point. But it also makes me hope for the best when it comes to Season 8, seeing as Dean and Cas appear to be forced to rely solely on each other once again.
So yeah, I am relieved that there are other people out there who think this way about what transpired between the middle of season 6 and the beginning of season 7. Kudos and thank you.
