so i got to bed at 2, after watching adult swim, and was excited because i was actually tired and thought i was going to get a good night sleep without being so drunk i pass out for the first time in ages...i've been awake since 4:30

most definitely this summer. We were sad to hear about MV being closed, too, and now we're sad you're thinking of not going, but if you don't get to see what you wanted to see, I totally understand. Once we found out MV was closed, it just made a lot more sense to compact the trip to a smaller area. Anyway, I'm definitely up for driving to mesa verde, I'd even say the week after school gets out. I got new tires for my car yesterday, so it's good to go for another 40,000 or so. If you decide to go to austin, say hi to the gang for me.

the plan you guys have laid out does sound phenomenal, but i'm short on time, and the giant party that sxsw promises is just too much to turn down...and guitar wolf is playing...but definately we'll hit some shit up this summer

What are your SXSW plans? (Like, when are you going, and how are you getting there?)

not big on making plans, but it's looking like paul and i (and possibly a friend of mine from the city) are going to head down either wednesday evening or thursday morning and probably in my car...definately going to see guitar wolf if we can, and as many free shows and drinks as we can manage (there's a huge list at showlistaustin.com)...probably stay at casey's, and maybe kevin's but i haven't talked to kevin about it yet...got to be back by sunday though
