So it's over, and now completely in the hands of the powers that be. I must say I was surprised by the song snippets they chose for us to sing. I mean Angelina is amazingly talented and smart and I'm sure Paul is too, so they must know what they are doing...but ya, I would have chosen different songs definitely. Don't I know it. Duh, I just blogged for like a million words about it, hahaha. But grrr indeed.

O and if you couldn't tell I was mouthing to you that your hair looked good tonight! LOL, I dunno if it was different or not but it looked good. Holla.

you did really well at auditions. and i mean it and am not just saying it because we're buds. I hope you get the part you want, but if you don't I can see you getting a big role. :) Break a leg!

At Noises Off rehearsal I should say "You know who would make a great Baker? Derrick!" really loudly so Pat and Michael hear it.

...and yes you should! ;) Actually seriously though. I'm afraid I won't even cross their minds, sometimes it takes just a word...:D Actually though, I admit to purposely talking loudly about loving the show late one night after rehearsal when they could definitely hear...if they were listening or even remember or care is a different story...but ya, they were headed for home and I was hanging in front of the doors, and I was tempted to break into a Baker number right there all casually, but I decided they might actually figure out why I was doing it and be put off, hahaha...and I wouldn't have blamed them!

Hurray for being a frustrated actor.

O and more proof of me being a big dork...the one conversation I had with Angelina about INTO THE WOODS, I was talking about the junior production in Salinas and how I would do it if they made me a prince, and it came across like I'm dying to be a prince, but what I meant was I wouldn't want the Baker in a junior version because there is no "No More" or "No One Is Alone", but there is still "Agony"! Did I plant the wrong bug in her ear? Can I remedy that casually somehow? Can Derrick's life be saved? Are the end times near? Tune in next week, same melodramatic time, same melodramatic channel...
