if only people were more honest when they talked to eachother, it would be pretty horrible, wouldn't it. people are kind of like that here too, where no one looks at each other or wants to talk to each other. i don't think i've ever seen the same person out in town twice, so i can't even feel really guilty if i probably pissed someone off

well studies have shown people will ususally bite there tounge (even in america) to keep the status quo for not making people uncomfortable. But personally I've decided to try and help out people when I can. It seems easier when I'm on campus to help a student I don't even know but with strangers off campus it's a bit harder.
