i havn't been happy with my body lately... well, for a while now. i'm 5'5" or 5'5.5"... i graduated highschool weighing around 110 (i was REALLY thin). and... after 5-ish years in college i currently flucctuate between 160 and 170. x_X 170 being the most i've ever weighed. yeah, crazy

when i was starting to gain weight i would always cheat when calculating my body mass index... i'd always use 5'6 or even 5'7 just so my weight would fit in the "normal" range. x_X i like to lie to myself.
yeah, i'm constantly vaccuming up any weight maintenance advice i can get.. but now it's all jumbled up in my head.

i can't not eat rice.. o_O .. or sugar.. or pasta. DAMMIT. maybe i'll quit pasta... and .. cut down on my sugar. but, rice, .. yeah.. that doesn't look like it's gonna happen.
