The Villa
It's definitely small compared to normal villas, but still larger than anything the kids living in it (save the few rich kids) are used to. It stands at three floors tall, with enough rooms to accommodate all the kids, plus two extra guest rooms for any friends they end up taking in. It's got the usual necessities -- a half bath downstairs, a full bath on the second floor, a kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room -- and then a few extra, empty rooms which the kids have taken upon themselves to expand upon -- adding things like a piano and other decorations to convert one room into a music room, for example. It has a small library with enough shelves to keep the two resident bookworms satisfied, a small yard outside, and a pond out front that's perfect for ducks. A few of the bedrooms started off empty, but the kids are working on making the villa a place they'll never want to leave.
