I don't think you could ever know how much I admire you or respect you as a person. You are such an individual Chas, and you are amazing at it. I never really expressed it to you, but I was so thrilled for this new experience for you. I can only dream about moving and completely starting over like you have, but I let my fear chose my decisions for me. What you are accomplishing is nothing less than spectacular. I know that you, more than most people, will take this experience and make every minute of it count. You can take these hard days and turn them into something incredible. This is going to change your life, and its not going to be easy. I wish there was more I could say to you to truly express how proud I am of my little Chas for taking such a huge risk, but all I can say is that I am always here. Call me whenever you want, and I will continue calling you when I'm drunk and covered in mud :) I really do miss you and I am constantly thinking about you. Keep your head up, and if all else fails, eat a doughnut. They solve

I say this all the time but...

...you're the best.
And I actually mean it. I mean it more than I've ever meant it. Our relationship as friends has been a yo-yo of sorts, but it never really fades with distance. You're one of the sweetest people I know, but you don't advertise like you need everyone's business to keep you going. I wish we had been closer when I was at home, but I think moving away has actually done just that.
