For the record: 1) We picked the restaurant because we wanted good seafood, not because we wanted some over-the-top Caligulan obscenity, and 2) I really just ordered what Rachel told me to order. I was just following orders!

Now that I think about it, I believe there's a Haagen-Daas flavor named "Caligular Obscenity." Lark's tongues and quail eggs swirled with duck fat.

Yeah, basically. Which I feel bad about, but...I dunno. Since I didn't actually go to much of the conference, I can't really bitch about it in public, but reading the wrap-ups, there's not much I regret missing except the three panels I already regreted missing (Wendy F., Daphne, Jesse Fuchs).

Someone specifically asked him afterwards if he had plans to publish it anywhere, and he indicated that he didn't. If you e-mail him, though, I'm sure he'll send you a copy.
