Mmm. That, and I've been gone for a long time, leaving to somewhere I won't be in touch is making me uncomfortable, and I guess... *shrugs. It's probably a worse-seeming idea for those who missed him all this time* But maybe some of the frustration can be vented out?
Darn, there go my secret plans of running away with you to Corsica.
If you're up to listening to an old bitch rant about kids these days and the music industry's love affair with anything it can snort, swallow, or stick in its veins.
Bad case. Bad... *sighs* Girls who want to be bad girls, who think part of having street cred means partying hard. Who think they can handle their liquor better than they can, or that all those scare stories about drugs are just scare stories.
That's what I thought. *chuckling, though, because that's not a bad thing at all*
No... individually, and not even all of them. There's three who are worrying, one of the girls drinks too hard and I'm pretty sure, at the speed she lives, that she's on something. One of the guys seems to think he's most creative when he's dropping a couple tabs, and another girl hasn't figured out that being sociable and friendly and liked does not include drinking everything someone puts into your hand.
My family. *warm voice, smile answering her chuckle* They'd scowl if I dismiss the idea of some good time out of hand, but if I just go, it'd be worse. Fortunately, there are courses of action which work for all.
Hmm. Do you think a change of scene might make a difference, at least in terms of awareness that there is a problem? You've been coming here to them all this while - maybe spending a few weeks with you over on the other coast might help?
Well. Maybe someday we'll take that Mediterranean vacation, then.
New York isn't that much better for parties... but getting them out of their comfort zones and away from their usual friends might help, yeah. I can schedule them with other coaches and directors, too. Get them some fresh approaches and ideas.

I'd offer to realize the other wish, too, except I've no idea when it'd be a good idea to break away from here for any length of time.

No, you've got projects ongoing, and I'm just frustrated. It happens now and again.

*long sigh, possibly muffled by the breeze* I think I need to rely on my mind too much to really dabble with such. Bad case?

Isn't there a good rehab center that you can herd them to a tour of?

Oh, probably, there's a lot of them. But I can talk till I'm blue in the face, it won't do a damn thing if they don't listen.

That's why I though showing them might help a slight bit more. Do they herd-perform on you, or do they go for their poisons individually?
