Dudes and dudines, I know that I'm always sounding like an unfrozen caveman when I'm like "don't tell me anything about BSG because I am only on season 2" or "this New Order, wow, it sounds modern." But I saw the Anthony Bourdain show for the first time last night, and it is great.

Tony is JUST exactly who I would want to hear from about a cuisine.

He really knows his stuff, he has an adventurous palate, and he's FUNNY AS SHIT!

also: he eats a lot of meat, and i'm a pescatarian, so i get to eat offal and bunnies vicariously through him.

Speaking of offal:

He has a meal with the Bushmen of the Kalahari. His voice-over narration is so funny and painful to listen to that you'll get nauseous just hearing it, in a good way.

And as a pescetarian?

Even grosser.
