Finally our odd little heat spell broke! Now it feels like fall again! Autumn is my favorite season, so I've been waiting for cooler weather. Pride parade is this weekend.
I donno if I'll be up there this year for it, but it's the 40th anniversary. I used to stay at a friend's house the night before, but she got married to her girlfriend on the East coast last year. I don't know if I want to try and make my way up there the day of the parade ( Read more... ) -

I've been having the crappiest day thanks to the weather being let's-have-high-heat-AND-humidity-yea! and my itty-bitty window air conditioner sucking like a sucky thing.

We ran up to the Oriental Institute at UofC since we had some time to kill. I probably spent the entire time making Daniel Jackson jokes. Hubby and the saplings joined in, so we were an entire geek family. Nice. Not very busy at all though.

I love Crossovers. I wish I could write crossovers. And you know what would be so incredibly cool that I would worship the ground of whomever wrote this (or my own reflection if I wrote it ;) ) I want SG-1 to meet The Real Ghostbusters.
