I watched the first episode of Fullmetal Alchemist today. I think that's what we in the business call a slippery slope.

However, the Christmas sales will be upon me very soon, so after work, I'm going to see if the FMA DVD's have some money off. I'd be very interested in buying those.

You're talking about the 2003 version and not Brotherhood, right? I know you mentioned a while back you finished the Brotherhood version. :P The 2003 version I have several problems with, though I think it's enjoyable. Buy Brotherhood instead. XD;

Brotherhood yes. I keep forgetting that the 2003 version exists xD. All that's needed to be known about Brotherhood are the words "closer to the manga's storyline" and you're set. It's like the Director's Cut of Blade Runner, where it includes everything Ridley Scott wanted in the original but was forced to cut out.

Speaking of which, in my local bookshop, they have the first 3 volumes of the Manga and I'm tempted to pick them up as well. My mother said she was thinking about buying me a gift voucher, so I could so that.

As for Game of Thrones, I'm sadly at the point where GEORGE WON'T WRITE FAST ENOUGH!!! I need to know what happens next, George!

I'm already aware Brotherhood is much closer to the manga's storyline since I was the reason you watched FMA in the first place. XD If you like, I have a link where you can download all the volumes (though most of them are fan translated...I think I told you this before).

LOL I recently finished Cersei's chapter from A Dance With Dragons, so I'm close to the end. Once I finish that book I'll feel the same, LOL.

I may have mixed up my words a little there, I wouldn't dare try to school you on FMA xD And yes, a download link would be very nice. I tried (admittedly, half-heartedly) to look for one, but couldn't.
