So..ummm...Eko's dead? If I knew he was going to die, I would have been a bit more sympathetic to his storyline tonight. Because frankly, I was bored out of my mind. Mainly due to the fact that I've seen it all before. The brother, the church, the plane, EVERYTHING! What was new about tonight's flashbacks besides the obvious, and Eko actually dying in the end? And why don't they just kill off all of the survivors from the front of the plane (or was that the back)? They haven't had very good luck, have they? Well, goodbye Mr. Eko. I liked you for a while until you turned into a psycho.
Other weird occurrences...the black smoke is back. Does it have anything to do with the polar bear's return? Why, suddenly, are we revisiting the bear and black smoke plot? I thought those were resolved - or if not resolved, conveniently swept under the rug.
I love the way we suddenly have two new, hot characters. It's as if we should have known them all along! I like the girl actress, but I can't remember what else she's been in (too lazy to look it up on IMDB). The camp is getting bigger and more organized by the day. OH! Speaking of the camp, did anyone else think it was strange when Locke basically announced to everyone that he was going to the Pearl Station - i.e. the other hatch? I thought that the original hatch was some sort of secret. If not, then why wouldn't everyone be fighting to get a nice shower and bed? I just thought that was fishy. But maybe I totally missed something there. Did all of the survivors know about the hatch?
I missed Kate and Sawyer tonight, but it looks like they'll be back next week. Yay! Can't wait. Jack is kind of rocking my world right now. I really like the dynamic between him and Juliet. I'm inclined to believe she's telling the truth, just because she seemed so hostile to Ben in the season premier - in the book club scene. I can believe that she doesn't like him, wants him gone, or at the very least, doesn't trust him.
Jeez, I feel like sleeping until next week.
