Hmm,, sou desu ne..? Looking for halal food restaurant in some place that new for us is kinda reckless. :/ especially if the ppl on that country isn't muslim majority. It's risky, and if we're not careful we could end up eating something haram without even realizing it x( Unfortunately I can't help you, dear. I don't live in singapore that's why. xP But I'm sure there are friends out there that want & can help you. :)

i'm from SG :DDD Hmmm you want a restaurant? or is Hawker food fine? cos SG is known for it's variety in Hawker Centres XD;;
