today i worked out and i was supposed to do arms today and i did, but then my trainer also made me do like some leg stuff to get my vertical for v'ball, since ive got team camp next week. im sore....especially my calves cuz i had to leg press 140lbs., but to make it harder he made me put my tiptoes on then end so my feet werent even on it and work ( Read more... )

didney 140 isn't alot. i would work my calves w/ like 300 or more haha
