looking for some good fic
hmmm... I am not home yet so will have to dig through my notes there then re-visit this post and let you know. I do have recs.
However! Off the top of my head: The Shoadow of His Wings is spot on for lots of complicated H/D interaction with no easy way out. It's a WIP and she hasn't updated for a while. She really hates being asked for updates so I don't ask! =D
I've been following for 1 and a quarter years now and keeping the faith. Even if it stops where it is now - I believe it's worth reading.

Yay for recs! You know, I have been hearing wondering things about Shadow of His Wings for ages now, but for some reason I’ve never gotten around to reading it. I think I may just have to remedy that tonight! Thanks for the link. :)
