Ya right! I'll give you the "you don't need to lose weight..yada, yada, yada" first then we'll get serious.
I need to lose 10 too (we actually would like to lose 15 but 10 is a start). I lost most of mine on weight watchers, here are the top tips.
1. Cut out Caffeine - seriously. 2. Drink the water - 6 glasses ok - Crystal Lite and Diet Soda counts as water on WW. 3. Walk, walk, walk - I find I have improved my shape by walking 3 miles as many times a week as I can (try to do it in around 1 hour). 4. Eat those pre-packaged meals at lunch time (I found that was my worst eating time - you know lunch out with the girls). It saved me money and kept my portions under control - lean cuisine is the best.
