So my parents, sister, and dog are coming into town friday afternoon. So far I figure I will take them to Lady and Sons. I am yet to go there, and I would like to try it. So other than that...I'm not sure what to do with them. The beach is redundant, we have a pool at home, soo eehh?? uuhh?? Any suggestions?? Maybe something outdoorsy that we can ( Read more... )

Ooh. Uh, good luck with Lady & Sons. It's really hard to get in. Take them to Back in the Day Bakery! On Bull St! The Firefly Cafe (on Habersham) is also awesome eating. I'd eat there over Lady & Sons any day.

Ok, I was out and didn't get your IM. Here's how you work Lady & Sons.

They don't take reservations unless you have a party of 8, so if it's just you and your family, someone has to go down to the restaurant during the afternoon (like around 3pm, I think) and wait in line to get a table later that night.

I'd recommend bringing cold water, because there's no shade and you'll probably be waiting in line for a long time. The wait is totally worth it, though. The food is amazing.
