Another day of my (rather pathetic) exercise regime. I'm determined to keep going no matter how much more appealing it is to sleep in. I've cut back on sugar and caffeine quite a bit, but since I was never a big sweets eater it's not too hard. Cutting back on Coke though is much more difficult as I love to drink it ( Read more... )
