Wow, lovely, Emily. I just love the thought of Paul and John sharing a quiet night together, simply enjoying each other's company and devoid of angst and sex. Not that those two aren't appreciated as well. It's just nice to sometimes see the lads enjoying the simpler things in life.

And surreptitiously John leaned over, kissing Paul as the fireflies gave their silent consent, each nodding with the peculiar flying motion they possessed.

Love the last line, it's just beautiful.

Quiet lovely. I love seeing the different ways different writers take a set of words and create entirely different stories with them.

My only gripe? -- you didn't properly head the story. That is, with the story submission form posted on the info page. Tedious work I realise but a neccessary evil. Please edit this post to add it, when you get the chance! :)
