As noted, not really the thing for a seasoned fitness pro, but excellent for those starting out (or re-starting) because it automates the pairing of muscle groups and makes it easier to add dumbbell-specific exercises. There are also modules for many other things from bands to exercise ball (not medicine) and nautilus type equipment.
At the Very Least, the Home Gym investment strategy is still paying off. For $30 a month I still have the fitness equipment I bought, it is still available 24/7, I didn't have to pay for the months I didn't show up, and the protein shake bar is still right upstairs at substantial discount. (Whey protein doesn't go 'bad', right? ;-)
