Sorry that you didn't make it over to Ingleby for a few days Adam - the invite stands, of course, for the christmas holidays.

I had a look at the "summer project" and can tell you right away that yes, it's a computing project, but further insight looks unlikely.

Here's hoping that you have such a good time in edinburgh that even you acknowledge it.

The recipe you're looking for is cassolet (sp?), i think.
