Holy Crap. In the last few months I have managed to gain back half of the weight I lost (I lost about 20 lb. or so overall a couple years ago) and I have several pants and shirts I can no longer fit in or else can't fit in comfortably. I can't afford to buy new clothes and I don't *want* to have to buy any. School starts up again August 24th and I' ( Read more... )

Why is this so important now? Why was it not 1 monmth ago. I dont think losing it quick will help as you will gain it back and more, that kind of weight loss never stays off.

Go on the diet and do it becus you want to have that kind of body for life, not just the start of a new term.

Try buying a book or downloading articles on healthly eating, this is the only real diet you need.

Just a word of caution, I have tried other quick diets before, and in my case, I gained back the weight I had lost quickly, so in case you are willing to consider a mid-term approach, I suggest you try an easy to follow exercise routine, even walking for an hour or riding your bike for half an hour or walking your dog, just stay active and watch what you eat, and by that, I mean, pay real close attention to those mid morning and mid afternoon cravings, in my case that was the one thing that made a difference, to snack healthy, before I would just have too big an appetite to be satisfied with a fruit and yogurt snack, so I would not get results because I was having healthy meals, but then getting too hungry a couple of hours later and I would eat a big muffin or some cookies or a piece of cake from starbucks or some snack like that, something that helped me keep my appetite in check was superslim pomegranate, it is not magical, you gotta eat healthy and stay active, but it helps to control the cravings, the only side effect I noticed ( ... )
