I am fuming, seething… soooo angry. There aren't even words to describe it. My blood pressure must have just shot through the roof. I have not felt this much emotion in a long time - it hit me so suddenly and now I have a terrible headache

thats some BS. you didn't sign any papers a while back or anything did you? I don't know if you have HIPPA in Canada but surely you have something similar to it. I would be interested to hear their response once you contact them. what a bunch of crap. Let me know.
