The interview yesterday went very well - the managers I talked with even took me to the production floor and I sat with a guy while he worked for about 30 minutes. Then he took me on a tour of the floor and a tour of another floor (I think that one was to show me the kitchen and mocha machine?). 2 weeks ago, I walked out of my network class because 1) my lab partner wasn't there, and 2) the remaining idjits drove me beyond nutso. I went in yesterday for the widget assembly test at Boeing. We don't know our scores "exactly", but I'm pretty sure I did OK.... 2 ways. 1) from the beginning of the test, once someone missed their max allowed to be missed, their computers simply cleared, they got a screen to raise their hand(s) and they were escorted out, never to be seen again. 2 ( Read more... )

My doc was concerned, but not panicked at my strange combination of symptoms. She took a heapin' helping of blood and prescribed some industrial strength anti-inflammatories for now and we'll see how the blood work comes out.
