Argh, I was typing "the Black Horn" all night last night without noticing it.

Bright Future is about disaffected youth, mindless violence, and . . . adapting salt water poisonous jellyfish to fresh water.

It's unfortunately one of those movies that is vague in order to appear deep, but even with that it's still worth a watch, mostly because the three main characters are played by great actors.
