On my way to Sonic Youth I wasn't really all that excited. I guess getting a chance to see all these amazing sights caused me to not spend time thinking about it. So before they started I was probably midway through the crowd , but by the time the first half of Teenage Riot (the first song they played) had passed I was up in the second row in time

Sounds better than my one Sonic Youth encounter back in 2000. Thurston was crowd surfing? Wow. He will remain forever youthful.

Need to see them again one of these days.
