Code Geass, episode 1

Code Geass (supposedly pronounced 'gi-ahss.' puh-leeze.) is not really a show I can typically pay attention to very easily. For one, the politics are unavoidable. I don't particularly like politics or military themes in anything I watch (I find it boring, usually), but Code Geass is saturated with it, and, on top of that, is also incredibly, ( Read more... )

I appreciate the Jock scribble penis at the bottom of the geography lesson. ;p The evil mustache was also a nice touch.

Nice choice of caps, pretty much sums up ep.1 ^^

I love the evil moustache.

This was going to be an interesting review for me, since I was pondering of watching it. However the whole set up just pisses me of already, so I don't think I will.

Sad, since in the animation point of view it doesn't look that bad.

I'm not sure if you have watched Trinity Blood, but you may find that interesting for all the politics babble. (Someone should so do the pope! Tres ♥ )

this show looks like some twisted version of something i would like. i like mechs, i like politics, i like gayness. and mind control is a kewl superpower if not a little infallible, which a superpower should never be but alas. what happens when you give the abilities of charles xavier to an angry japanese teenager? good times, clearly.

i would watch it just to see the happy faces blow their own heads off. :)
