Hi Manda. It is 1:40 am and I have the new Missy Higgins song playing on repeat (www.missyhiggins.com). I should have been asleep hours ago, but am restless tonight. So instead I have been roaming around aimlessly looking at journals of people I don't know -- perhaps searching for something I can't quite put my finger on. That would not be unusual for me. I stumbled in here following a trail of Anne Tyler fans (I just finished Digging to America -- Anne tyler is like comfort food for me -- I have a theory that reading her books makes me love myself better). So here I am. I liked your friends-only story very much -- both the writing and the thoughts. So I am going to call it a night, but first am going to friend you.
