SET 1: MANGA
#1: Original crop & great use of texture. It pops from the background & catches your eye.

SET 2: SELECTIVE COLOURING
#3: More than one colour is showing which makes it stand out. Great use of texture that also is an eye-catcher.

SET 3: VICTORY
#2: Amazing use of texture & text. All the colours come together & create a winning icon =)

OVERALL FAVOURITE
#2 Set #3: Victory : The componants of the icon all come together (crop/image/text/colours) & make the icon pop amongst the rest.

SET 1: MANGA
3: The colouring is wonderful, shading is spot-on and gives the icon a soft, peaceful and almost dream-like feel. The brushes used a great and don't overpower the icon.

SET 2: SELECTIVE COLOURING
1: Interesting choice, going with colouring the background instead othe characters. The blue really contrasts with the greyscale and gives the icon that "urgent, rushing, we gotta save the day!" kind of feel.

SET 3: VICTORY
2: The image, crop and colouring all scream "Victory!" here, the colours work well together, the text (although big) is very fitting in terms of style.

OVERALL FAVOURITE
1 from Set 3: Victory: The colouring is subtle and the emotion of the icon is very heart-felt. It's simple, clean and sweet.
