I just got off the phone with a mortgage guy. He's going to run our credit score and see how much (if anything) he can finance us for. He's also gonna see if he can't get us HUD financing. Ben and I just got back from looking at an amazing house just a couple blocks over from our apartment. Its a two-story traditional with 4 (possibilty of 5) bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a formal dining room, large kitchen, sun room, and full basement. The yard is small, but fenced in.
