THe finantial office says i have to proove that i want to live in WA for prposes other than education. also i have to live off campus before the rates will drop and i have all the paperwork for the state. (In accordance with Washington State's Higher Education Coordinating Board and guidelines provided under Washington State Codes WAC 250-18-010
