SOMEONE HELP ME FIX IT!!!

im bored.. cant sleep... my cam isnt working properly..
the cam part is but it wont take pictures

it keeps saying
access violation at address 01703B0C in module 'CamCapEx.dlll'. Read of address00000008

i dont know what that means or how to fix it..

on top of that.. theres like NOONE (except keymaster28 online to bug me..

Access violations are generally a sign that the DLL file (dynamic link library, I do believe...) has some function within it that is doing something Windows doesn't want it to do -- perhaps, accessing the hard-drive directly which is a big no-no under Windows.

In English, what that means is that you probably need to update your drivers for the webcam. Go to the manufacturer's website and look for something that says "driver download" or "support".
