a lot of people have been asking how we're sleeping and she sleeps pretty well most nights. now that the first couple of days of sitting up and watching her sleep are over, i'm sleeping pretty well, too. my parents are coming to visit this weekend(thursday, to be exact,) and i'm so excited--i can't wait for my dad to meet her. he was so sad to miss

i feel like she's getting bigger but i'm not sure if i'm just adjusting to her smallness or what
the night before last alan and i watched her slowly fall asleep--she had her legs out straight and raised in the air and she kept slowly dropping them and then picking them back up and then she finally went limp.
it was so funny.
