Well, after a prolonged absence, it was snow that finally convinced me to post again. Nicole and i went running in Point Pleasant park today for the first time in a while, what with my Christmas break from all things exercise related. Thanks! I'll look for them at MEC, and so I too will train with a plan. I did the lead course today - I can imagine long multi-pitch climbs as the weather warms. Also, you should add me! You'll see my best-kept secrets.

Add you? Confused here, but oh well, such is normal. And yes, scary as it seems, the thought of multi-pitch has my kinda excited. Oh well, we will have to get out for some sport climbing in the spring or something.
