So glad I haven't put my mascara on yet. And the picture is heartbreaking. This is a lovely obituary, and she was a lovely dog - you've really managed to get across such a vivid picture of her when you've written about her adventures with you. I hope right now she's up in doggie heaven chasing cats and chewing anything she likes without reprimand.
I remember when my cat Drefus I'd had since I was 8 died when I was at university. I couldn't stop crying for weeks, I kept remembering little things he did, the way he moved his head, I kept waking up thinking he'd jumped on my bed but there was nodoby there - I don't think I've ever cried that much over a person.
Hope you're ok. She looks like she had a lovely life x

Totally. My lovely great grandmother died last year and I was so much more accepting and philosophical about the bad news. I think it's because my great grandmother was ALWAYS old as long as I can remember so it seemed like the natural order of things, but I still think of Kipsy as a puppy in a way.
