that is my EXACT fast.
water, fruits veggies and coffee.
for amonth.
and starting june 9th im gna burn atleast 300 calories a day.

YEA! omg me n my friend lindsay are doing it too! we both play sports so were also eating a small ammount of meat just for protien..so we dont pass out! but i really dont eat anythng so that might be a stretch for me. so yea coffee and fruit! an apple a day ;)
