001. Open the image you want to use.

002. Layer » New Layer Adjustment » Colour Balance.
Set to:
Midtones: +45, -30, +23
Shadows: +22, +13, +43

003. Layer » New Layer Adjustment » Channel Mixer.
Set to:
Red: +100, -28, +18

004. Layer » New Layer Adjustment » Brightness/Contrast.
Set to:
Brightness: +15
Contrast: +20.

Play with the Brightness/Contrast to fit your images.
