So, yesterday was a really good day, start to finish (mood, events, and energy).

I had a Red Bull in the morning. Coincidence, or correlation?

Also, I've been looking into and just bough Centrum Performance vitamins, which include some extra B-vitamins for energy. Anyone know anything in particular about this, or B-vits in general?

Research each vitamin, it's overdose limit, understand each side effect. For example, on Niacin, maybe B-12? *shrug* but I took Niacin to help my cramps one day and started 'flushing'. And by flushing, I mean my body was red, itching, and burning and there was nothing I could do. I called my mom, who looked it up and told me I was flushing. She told me to take a benadryl and let it put me to sleep.

So basically just know what you're taking, what the possibilities are, and what to do if something goes wrong.
