My trashcan vanished after the Tuesday pickup. I never imagined one would have to file a police report about a missing trash can, but they're owned by the city.

I bet that officer was hating his job.... 2 hours of paperwork for a missing trash can...

Does the city give them for free to trash customers? If so, how lame to steal it when you can just get a free one.
