It worked. I had faith in Starbuck. I saw all the crap everyone was saying about her being gone and didn't believe it, and I was right. I even said "oh, the pilot that Sackhoff says she's doing is a total fake, she's still on Battlestar", and I was right. Her special destiny wasn't just to go splody, and I was right. She lived. And she was never more beautiful than when she showed up. I adore this show beyond my ability to talk about it.
Also, thank you, Battlestar writers for making a Dramatic Monologue about Right and Justice, 'cause I was really hoping for one of those. Seriously. I adore a food monologue, and this was one of the best I've heard in a while.
And Saul Tigh made me love him. "I'm Saul Tigh. That's the man I want to be, and if I die today, that's the man I am." I never saw him positively before tonight. Took one line. Now... god I love this show.
