1. What bill(s) do you hate paying the most?

Right now, that would be all of them.But I'm new at billpaying, so give me six months and I'll have a real answer.

2. Where was the last place you had a romantic time?

Wow. I really don't remember. Not sexual, but romantic? I... sad as it is, that might have been 2005. Somewhere. With Lauren. Long enough ago that I honestly don't remember what romance is like. I remember I liked it, though.

I'm not counting brief sexual flings or those short-term forays into what turned out to be Bad Ideas that Got Me Hurt Really Quickly.

3. Do you regret losing your virginityto who you lost it to?

Not even for a minute. I was in love, and that's one thing that I am now (and always will be) proud of myself for: being in love with my first.

4. If you could go back and change one thing what would it be?

Transitioned earlier. Nothing else. Aside from that one thing, I would not change a thing. All the ridiculously stupid things I've done have turned out okay, and the only thing that really gnaws at me at all is transition age.

5. Name of your first grade teacher?

Mrs. Kerr-Whit. I could be misspelling it.

6.What do you really want to be doing right now?

Working out at a gym.

7. What did you want to be when you were growing up?

An astronaut. And a chef. And a mermaid. Or a Betazoid. Or a changeling. Or a dinosaur. I was pretty open to whatever, really.

8. How many colleges did you attend?

Two. Both undergrad, got my degree after seven short years.

9. Why did you choose the shirt that you have on rightnow?

Pajama tank top? I haven't had to get dressed all day. I like that.

10. What are your thoughts on gas prices?

I don't like spending money on gas. Having said that, they need to be like twice as high as they are now or else we'll never have sufficient pressure to switch to a better form of energy. I would, incidentally, fully support a 100% tax on gas, with all the proceeds going to developing a solution.

11. If you could move anywhere and take someone with you who and where?

I don't think there's anyone in the world who would pick up and move with me off somewhere. But if I could pick a place to live? I would go back to Monaco.

12. First thought when the alarm went off this morning?

Delightfully, it didn't go off. I got up on my own, sleeping in until 8.

13. Last thought before going to sleep last night?

Trying to place the voice actor who played The Question on Justice League Unlimited. Turns out it was that guy who played everything on three seperate Star Trek series: Jeffrey Combs.

I really am quite a nerd.

14. Favorite style ofunderwear?

Tight panties that keep a tuck all day. Not a fan of anything else.

16. What errand/chore do you despise?

Housecleaning.

17. If youdidn't have to work, would you volunteer?

Probably wouldn't do what I'm doing now. But I'd do something, yeah. I'd have to figure it out, though.

18. Get up early or sleep in?

Early. Sad as it is.

19. What is your favorite cartoon character?

Just one? I'll go with Katara, from Avatar.

20. Favorite thing to do at night with a girl/guy?

Assuming this is a sexual question? Cuddle and make out. Sex is great, but I'd just as soon prefer to pass until I can fix my body.

21. Have you found real love yet?

Yes. It's not romantic, and it's not exclusive to one person, but it's very real. Romantic love is something that happens to other people.

22. When did you first start feeling old?

High school. I mentioned Robert Redford to my friends, and they had never heard of him.

23. Favorite 80's movie?

Stand By Me. or Transformers: the Movie. Or possibly Big Bird in China. Maybe Ghostbusters?

24. Your favorite lunch meat?

Chicken.

25. What do you get every time you go into Sam's Club?

Not a member.

26. Beach or lake?

Lake. Quieter.

27. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?

For those who find that One Special Someone they want to spend their life with, I think marriage is a wonderful idea. For the rest of us? I'm thankful I've never had to be a bridesmaid.

28. Do you own property?

No. I own debt, that I'm slowly paying off.

29. Favorite guilty pleasure?

Video games.

31. What's your drink?

Bailey's on ice. I drink most of whatever, though.

32. Cowboys or Indians?

Oppressive imperialist conquerors or savage bloodthirsty primitives? Cowboys, please.

33. Cops or Robbers?

Whichever can do better parkour.

34. Who from high school would you like to run into?

Nobody from high school mattered that much, save the people I'm still in contact with. But, just for my own curiosity's sake, I wouldn't mind running into this girl Marcie that I had a crush on. Or Rick, the boy who I so obviously had feelings for, in retrospect.

35. What radiostation is your car radio tuned to right now?

97.5, the same as my iPod's transmitter. Not a coincidence.

36. Norm or Cliff?

Never really got into Cheers.

37. The Cosbys or the Simpsons?

Cosbys. Totally.

38. Worst relationship mistake that you wish you could take back?

Saying "I love you," and not meaning it in the way that I knew my then-girlfriend would hear it.

39. Do you like the person who sits directly across from you at work?

Yeah, he's a stand-up guy. I trust him a lot.

40. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?

If I could pick one person to have an honest and open conversation over dinner with? Natalie Portman, just to hear about her life. I can only imagine it would be fascinating.
If we're talking about dinner date, I have no idea. Johnny Rzeznik comes to mind.

41. Indoors or Outdoors?

In. Usually. I'm growing to like Out, though.

42. Have you ever crashed your vehicle?

Not dramatically.

43. Have you ever had to use a fire extinguisher for its intended purpose?

No. Almost had one used on me, though.

44. Last book you read for real?

Whipping Girl, which I adored. I want to meet Ms. Serano, talk to her. Her writing on trans issues is rare in that I can actually find myself in it.

45. Do you have a teddy bear?

Stuffed dimetrodon named Charlie. Charlie has been with me since I was very, very little.

46.Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?

Around a bonfire in Acadia National Park.

47. Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go?

Los Angeles. So I can see what the fuss is about.

48. Do you go to church?

Not Christian. But no, I don't go to shul, either.

49. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or a new relationship?

Given that I'm starting my brand-new career right now? Relationship.

50. Just how OLD are you?

Much older than I look, and much younger than I have a right to be.
