That's so weird, my boss said the EXACT same thing to us a couple months ago! If only they would do our jobs for one day then they might realise how much we do!!
Good for you for wanting to stand up for yourself and everyone else at your work! I wish I had the guts to write a letter, but I'm sure my boss would just laugh and then fire me :s.

reading the quiz questions first made me feel rather good, but towards the end it made me lonely. hm...

Good luck with your letter writing!I know how it feels to be underappreciated, but not quite on your scale. I know I'm always grateful to the VN's at our vets, they're just fab and Mollie in particular loves them all (she knows them well enough!)
