Well, after some thought... I'm going to be doing a lot of business analysis the next few months. What I want to do after I finish this gig that ends in September... is possibly open that Asian bakery/snack shop I was considering... offering decent quality Asian pastries, maybe a tea bar (yes, boba too...) and maybe a small retail section of Asian

It'd be quite interesting if you mix different Asian cuisines. Like tempura and yakitori... siew mai and har gao... those malay cakes etc.

Hehe... There's a snack shop in Chinatown Boston that offers a weird mix of east Asian dishes... and random junk. It's just whatever the owner likes :) But I think for this type of target customer, I have to be more focused on certain aspects, so... creating a 'clean well-lighted place' is most important for the environmental setting... and having dishes to complement that... or the person needing something quick on the run to work is the target. Thx for the suggestions :)

oh... and yknow what i like to eat most from those weird little stalls? *grin* fishballs! there was a period of time i went fishball crazy. i'd drive the other half crazy demanding "fishballs!" and he'd be running around looking for 'em. ;)

Hehe. That little snack shop is the only place in town with them on a stick ($3.39 SD, $2.00 US). I crave cherng fun often and only one place around does it the way I like ($2.11 SD, $1.25 US)
