I'm pretty sure I saw stuff for making them at Tokyu Hands :3

As for the burger king crowns.... I'm assuming so? My class got a hold of one somehow last semester XD <3

Just to add to what others have said, you can get some great stuff at 100 en shops. The thing I was thinking about is those light bracelets -- break the stuff inside and then wear them around your wrist. HOWEVER, you could also tape them around the edge of an uchiwa... right?

That's an interesting idea... I am thinking uchiwa are easier to hold than signboards, but signboards would be easier to attach glowsticks to since it's a flat edge. HMM!

Tokyu Hands is probably the best place to get stuff like that. If not, then the art section at Loft isn't TOO bad.

From what I've seen, some people also put a line of glitter around their neon letter cut-outs?
