I got off easy. I showed up to my original branch in person, because I guessed that part correctly. Unfortunately, the Cancellations Manager wasn't there, so I had to make an appointment. the CM seems to work four hours a day, three days a week, and be very heavily booked - so it was almost a week before I could get an appointment, and even that one was going to require me to take a couple of hours off work to get there
